WARNING – DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!

I have created this website to expose ‘Oleg’ (real name: Gairat Alekseevich Rakhimbaev) and his companies ‘HashExpert Technologies’ and ‘DHE E-Technology LTD’ after he stole $72,200 (USD) from me. It appears I am one of several victims that have been scammed by ‘Oleg’ over the past few years.

I encourage any other victims reading this to come forward and assist in building a criminal case against this man.

What Happened?

On December 17th 2024, I sent a payment of $72,200 (0.68271255 BTC) which was accepted and confirmed by HashExpert. The payment was for an order of Bitcoin miners (20 x S21 195T from stock) including delivery and insurance. The order was agreed on Telegram in the official HashExpert Telegram sales channel (@hashexpertsales), where I have conducted several orders previously. Invoice and order confirmations were emailed to me, and as expected the order appears in the ‘orders’ section of ‘my account’ when logging in to the HashExpert website. As a loyal and long-standing customer, this would be my 6^th order from HashExpert, following 5 previous and successful orders over the past few years.

Sadly, this latest order was never shipped to me. According to ‘Oleg’, he received the shipment to his warehouse, which was then forwarded to the shipping company who lost all 20 boxes. The miners were never shipped to me, so I have never received tracking numbers, neither have they ever been in transit to me since purchase.

Naturally, I was suspicious of this story so I asked ‘Oleg’ to provide proof that the shipment was lost. There are many ways he could have proven this, for example:

• written confirmation of loss from shipping company
• copy of insurance claim
• copy of his order invoice
• photos of consignment before it left his warehouse

…however every time I asked for proof, ‘Oleg’ either ignored or avoided the question. He assured me that I should not worry as the order was fully insured, offering either a refund or to replace with a new and upgraded order.

Due to my suspicion (and loss of my hosting opportunity while waiting for responses from ‘Oleg’) I asked for a refund.

At the time of writing, it is now July 2025 and 7 months have passed since I sent payment, however I still haven’t received the refund. I have sent several messages asking when the refund will be sent, all of which have been read, but ignored. I therefore conclude that ‘Oleg’ has purposely stolen my funds with no intention to refund my payment. I have since been in touch with other professionals in the industry, both buyers and sellers and it would appear there are other victims besides me.

In the interest of transparency, I have uploaded proof of my transaction and chat history with ‘Oleg’ and HashExpert so that any interested parties may draw their own conclusion rather than take my word. Sensitive information has been redacted.

I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with ‘Oleg’ / Gairat Rakhimbaev / Gayrat Rakhimbayev / Гайрат Рахимбаев to rethink and spend their money elsewhere.
